Terms of Service

By creating an Account, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing, promotional materials, and other information. You may opt out by following the unsubscribe link or contacting the company directly.

When purchasing products or services, you may be asked to supply information including credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping information.

You represent and warrant that (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any purchase, and (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

Third-party services like Stripe and PayPal facilitate payment and purchase completion. By submitting information, you grant the right to provide it to these third parties, subject to the Privacy Policy.

The company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, order errors, or suspected fraud.

Portions of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are monthly (every 28 days, equaling 13 invoices per year) or annual, depending on the plan selected.

At each Billing Cycle's end, your Subscription automatically renews under the same conditions unless cancelled. You may cancel your Subscription renewal by contacting Inframail LLC customer support.

A valid payment method is required. You shall provide accurate billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method. By submitting this information, you automatically authorize the company to charge all Subscription fees to your payment instruments. Should automatic billing fail, an electronic invoice will be issued requiring manual payment.

Inframail LLC, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees. Any fee change becomes effective at the then-current Billing Cycle's end, and the company will provide reasonable prior notice to allow termination before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes agreement to pay the modified amount.

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable. However, Inframail LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for email hosting and domain migration services. Domain purchase refunds are available only within 48 hours of purchase. Other refund requests are considered case-by-case with customer support.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service for:

• Spamming: sending emails that violate the CAN-SPAM Act or other applicable regulations
• Phishing: sending fraudulent emails to deceive recipients or steal information
• Malicious content: distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Harassment: using the Service to harass, intimidate, or threaten individuals or groups
• Illegal activities: engaging in illegal activities through the Service
• Prohibited industries: cryptocurrency or political activities that violate anti-spam laws

The company may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze Service use, including Google Analytics and Fathom Analytics.

When creating an account, you guarantee being above age 18 and that provided information is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may result in account termination. You are responsible for maintaining account and password confidentiality.

Inframail LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the Service.
