Inbox placement rate: The percentage of sent emails that land in the primary inbox rather than the spam or promotions folder. Determined primarily by DNS authentication, sender reputation, and domain and IP health, not by copy quality.
IMAP/SMTP credentials: The authentication details (username, password, server address, port) required to connect an email inbox to a sending platform. Inframail generates these automatically for every provisioned inbox and exports them to CSV for direct import to Instantly or Smartlead.
